Getting dedicated broadband fibre to the home

Because my BT service (Halo 1) is quite expensive and often flakey I want to upgrade to fibre to my home (FFTP) - but I can’t find any providers that will do it. I live in West London, W4 area. I’ve tried all the main providers including HyperOptic and Community Fibre.
BT want to get me to upgrade to Digital Voice but I can’t see how this will improve things as it’s still copper from the street cabinet to my house - do I have this correct?
many thanks

Which bit of your current service is flaky, voice or broadband (or both).
Digital Voice is BT's version of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and works with your internet connection, either FTTC which you have or FTTP which you don't. It might improve your voice connection but will do nothing for your broadband.
You can only get FTTP if your area has been cabled for it.1 -
it’s the Broadband that sometimes drops out. It’s underground conduit wiring to the cabinet in the next street. Our line connection outside in the road has twice recently failed due to wet corrosion. This is not a viable setup for the current era. I wonder if a new router would improve things?0

From your description of the current setup, no.1 -
Thanks.
Would any provider give me FFTP? Other than OpenReach doing an expensive business connection?0 -
Put your address into one of the standard comparison websites eg https://www.uswitch.com/broadband/ or https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/compare-broadband-deals/ and see what's available. You haven't said if your area has been cabled for FTTP.

Do Virgin Media operate FTTP in your area?
