    Yes DGG. I have also seen a lot of those where the FOS rejects. 

    There was a certain one which came to a different conclusion. With Tree roots, where the foundation was say only 75 cm. And the Insurance company said it should have been say 2 meters.  

    And the FOS ruled that because the building would have subsided anyway, even if the foundations had been 2 meters, that the claim should be allowed.
