Morning Everyone.
Thanks for the start nmlc.
TA - So sorry to hear the sad news about your BFF.7 -
Morning everyone
TA - sorry to hear you've had such a worrying weekend - take care of yourself
Gers - you're so lucky to have seen the Northern Lights
Well, DD ended up taking little one back to the hospital last night as she had spots in her throat as well - she has scarlet fever and tonsillitis and got a 10 day course of antibiotics. I haven't heard yet how she is this morning...hopefully she doesn't get any worse, or it will be along the road to the 'big hospital.'
Back to work for me today - still just doing afternoons. It's a nice bright morning so at least they'll get outside to play today - it's always a long afternoon when we're stuck inside.
Right I'm going to do some tidying. Hope everyone has a good day x8 -
Hello all, I did nothing yesterday and then slept well last night, I wish every night was like that. All plans for today have been scuppered due to the weather as we have showers. Maybe a freezer tidy will be my "to do" job for today instead.
Gers what a lovely birthday treat to see the Northern Lights. I'm glad you're having a great time.
RedRuby what sad news about the lady.
TA I'm so sorry to read the awful news about your BFF and DB. Many hugs to you and to both of them.
Take care , hugs to anyone in need.

Morning all chilly and overcast but not wet so all is good for the moment . We went to Battersea Power station on Saturday with friends as there was a light trail dinner and a trip to the local brewery as well it was lovely to see that the building with its beautiful art deco features inside have been preserved it was very fancy for an industrial building . Yesterday was pottering around i am waiting in today with a few bits for people to collect from freecycle the WM and DW are whirring away and we have hunters chicken for diner
TA What worrying news for you all in one day take care and i hope you have some good news
Ruby How sad but as you say at least the family know now
Gers What a treat to see the lights as you say one of the best birthdays
DP1 Here's hoping the antibiotics have kicked in for little one

Morning all and thanks for the start nmlc x
I’m in the London office today – have worn a thick wool cardigan as the office is always cold on a Monday due to lack of staff and no heating over the weekend!
So sorry to hear they found the lady @RedRuby1231 – how awfully sad for her family and friends.
Lovely photo @Gers and I did wonder if you’d see the Northern Lights – very jealous.
Sorry to hear about your BFF and also your DB having health issues @TravellingAbuela – thinking of you all x
Poor little one @dp1 – I hope her symptoms are mild and the ABs kick in soon x
It’s chilli grilled salmon for dinner tonight. I just need to pop out for some green veg at lunchtime.
Wishing you all a good day.

Morning. Another day of lazy for me, more crocheting [once I have a project I must finish it while the will is strong..only 70 rows ro go...], I have a lasagne to make later on but we do have enough leftovers for tonights suppers, we'll just be having different things...risotto and chop for him, mince and tatties for me...I have some rubbish housework to do, like hoovering but nothing major.Ruby, what a shame, and how awful for her family. This will sound weird but I'm quite glad you didn''t find her in that manner. TA, another shocker of a bad news weekend. I hope they can be made comfortable while investigations are ongoing...Take care all today, this is one of those times when I feel life may be a bit rubbish sometimes, but yay, I'm alive to enjoy it...Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi9

dp1, poor little one. 111 told Crystal that Nate has a viral rash as well but I don't altogether trust them.
TA, so sorry about BFF and DB. There are lots of different lymphomas, Steve's is something called follicular lymphoma and he's been told they aim to keep him well until he dies of something else!10 -
TA - hugs and wishing your family some relief.6
