Worcester Bosch 24i flashing reset and blue lights

Hello
I woke up this morning to no heating or hot water. When I checked my boiler both red reset light and blue lights were flashing. I restarted it and it attempted to run for few minutes and then both lights started flashing again. I did it few times with the same result. The pressure is correct on the boiler.
I have left it for few hrs and then tried again. It run fine for about 10-15min before lights started flashing again.
I've got an engineer coming tomorrow but I was wondering if I could do anything myself to avoid a night and possibly another day with no heating or hot water.
I can't check condensation pipe as my boiler is in the bedroom and I don't have a ladder that can reach it but I would assume if pipe was frozen then it would defrost itself as temp today was around 7 where I am.

I forgot to mention there is no issue with gas to other appliances in the house. Electrics is fine too as all displays on the boiler are working etc0

A couple of things you can check before the engineer comes -
1. Have you read the manual, it'll tell you how to properly reset some faults
2. Is there a fault code shown?

That's the problem, there is no error code displaying at all.0

The condensate pipe should discharge at or near ground level, so you can check it there. Is it exposed, on a north facing wall?No free lunch, and no free laptop

It froze here overnight - quite unexpectedly. So a froz'd condie pipe is a possibility - is that wall Southish-facing at all? Can you see where the pipe ends?
