eBay removing collect in person.

Is there a way to remove the collect in person option from an eBay listing and if so how do you do it?

It should just be a tick box, although it depends on what version of the seller tool  you are using. None of mine automatically add it, and in fact it is very difficult to actually add it should I need to, and my three main accounts all have different selling tools. 

You may need to click the edit button on the listing page to show more options.

I've tried that but whatever I do it lists with collection.

In postage options there is a switch to turn on collection in person. If this is set to on you need to turn it off. It seems to remember the setting for the  last item you sold so this may have been for collection.

Nothing is ticked and the button is off but still shows a collect in person.

I would suggest speaking to Ebay customer service - they are the experts !!!!
