Tax Free Child Care and 15 free hours

Hello.
My little boy receives higher rate DLA, he's 2 so just the daily living bit. He is about to start nursery and we have successfully applied for the 15 free hours for 2 year olds through our local authority. Although most of his time at nursery is covered by the 15 hours (term time only) we have to pay for his lunch hour (which includes food) and will be about £80 a month. My question is can I open a tax free child care account even though he already gets 15 hours free? I know we will only save £16 a month but every little helps.
Extra information for context:
I work 37 hours a week, above min wage but (well) below £100,000, my partner receives Carers Allowence to look after our son (and is technically self employed but makes very little ~£1000 a year).
DLA, Carers and child benefit are the only benefits we receive, probably could get UC but not a lot and doesn't really seem worth it at the moment.
