Section 75 - cancelled trips within UK

I am hoping for some advice regarding a trip I am researching at the moment. I am looking into going on a spa weekend within the UK in a few months time with friends for a two night stay package which includes accommodation, treatments and food. If I was unable to take the trip due to being ill with COVID, could I claim my money back from my credit card company through Section 75?

No, don’t you have travel insurance to cover that?0

No. Section 75 covers failure to provide goods or services. If you can't travel that is not a failure to supply. You will need to try to get insurance cover.
