@Froglet can you still post new stuff/access the groups that the content is in  ? As @cymruchris suggests it may be that you've upset the matrix and your posting/access rights have been suspended

Normally I'd see that message if the post had been deleted/removed but strange you see it if the content remains

The only other thing I can think of is if the subject matter being posted is 'contentious' in fb's moderation eyes. Sometimes people get put on the naughty step if algorithms pick up certain keywords. (An example being the local Welsh butchers near me that sells traditional Welsh faggots - facebook keeps giving them a warning and 'downgrading' their posts visibility - I'm not even sure the MSE filter will allow it - let's see)
I can assure you, nothing about my posts were contentious ! Besides,it was ALL my posts from the last few years, because I checked.

It still sounds like you've been muted somehow - either by the group admin or the fb algorithms. Do you post lots and lots in your chosen groups? You might have been 'slowed' in your contributions...
  • As an admin, I see I'm able to restrict a member from commenting. There's even a sort of sliding scale ie " limit members posts to x per day/week etc. I'll have a look for it, do a screen shot as example.
  • Froglet, it could be this-
If you're a group admin, you can temporarily limit how frequently a member can post and/or comment in your group.
To temporarily limit how frequently a member can post and/or comment:
    1
Tap in the top right of Facebook, then tap Groups and select your group.
    2
Tap the images of members below the group name.
    3
Find the person that you want to limit and tap their name, then select Limit activity.
    4
To limit the number of posts that a member can publish per day, tap next to Limit posting, then select how many daily posts to limit them to and for how long.
    5
To limit the number of comments that a member can publish per hour, tap next to Limit commenting, then select how many hourly comments to limit them to and for how long.
    6
    Tap Save.
To remove or change the activity limits that you've placed on a group member:
    1
Tap in the top right of Facebook, then tap Groups and select your group.
    2
Tap the images of members below the group name.
    3
Find the member and tap their name, then select Limit activity.
    4
To remove limitations, tap next to each limitation that you want to remove.
    5
To change limitations, tap the limitation that you want to change and select the new number of daily posts, hourly comments and/or expiry.
    6
    Tap Save.

That was my thought - I've not used the option in the groups I'm an admin in, but am aware it exists.
