Can anyone help please. I purchased and moved in to a property on 9th Decemebr 2022, and signed up to continue with the existing supplier. I have previously queried why I didn't get the Decemebr EBSS payment and EON have stated -

Payments are applied to customers account between the 1st-7th of each month,
EBSS has a cut off date in their guidelines.

This means the customer has to have occupied the supply address on the 1st of the month to receive that month's payment.

I have searched various sites and can not find any stipulation of a date when the EBSS applies.

Any help would be appreciated.

What they say is true you have to have energy supplied on the 1st to get that months EBSS payment.

Customer eligibility will be determined on a monthly basis on each Qualifying Date, i.e. 00:01 on the first day of each month in which EBSS will be delivered. Suppliers will be responsible for delivering the next EBSS monthly payment to all eligible customers who they serve on that date.
