You have two number fives. Your sentence in your first #5 would read better tacked onto your #3.
Oh yes if course I will triple check all the numbers before sending.

Ok great thank you again for all your help!
Sending it will put you into a new phase.

DCBL will have to reflect if this just another rubbish case by UKPC that will probably mean a court spanking and you claim your costs .... or discontinue

As 95Rollers has said ... WHAT PROOF ?
Bit dodgy from them wasting the time of the court without proof ?

Then, they will contact you offering a deal.  Of course you will not respond, no point, they have wasted too much of your time already

CHOICES CHOICES for DCBL ...... looking forward to seeing you in the now famous DCBL DISCONTINUE THREAD

    Hi all, just an update!

I didn't hear anything back for over a month from either the court or, DCB legal and my original letter stated they had 28 days to reply. So after about 34 days I emailed the court to see if the claim had been stayed. I then received a letter from DCB Legal dated for the last day they could reply (the 28 day cut off) but it was actually a week later than that date I received it.

I sent the email in April and I have just had a reply from the court to say no action was entered by the claimant and the case was marked as stayed.

So I think they must have missed the cut off date as the court have marked it as stayed and said they would have to apply to have it lifted first before entering intention to proceed. Not sure if they realise this though if they sent me the letter intending to proceed.

I will keep an eye on MCOL and let you know if I hear any more!

Yep, annoyingly CCBC seem to give more leeway to claimants than defendants!

Ok thank you! I will await the questionnaire from the court - I think I’ve seen on other threads they are quite behind!

    Hi all,

Just an update - I have checked MCOL today and as you said the stay has been lifted - they said they have sent the DQ on the 5th June. I moved house last month and did changed my address with the DVLA and MCOL but will check my old address for post today! I have done a redirection but only yesterday annoyingly.

If I haven't got any post at my old house I will download the DQ N180 I think it is and send it to the court asap - hoping the delaine will be 28 days again?! Quite worried I have missed it as I did my redirection late and only checked MCOL today!

Will update when I next hear anything from the questionnaire if I haven't missed it!

Make sure that on the DQ itself and in the covering email to the CCBC and to the solicitor (copied in) you tell both of them to ERASE your old address immediately.

Use the word erase and do put it also in the covering email.
