Not sure if this may be more suited to the home improvements board, so I’ll cross post if you don’t mind.

Has anyone here availed of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive boiler replacement scheme before? How did you find the process?

I’m partway through a property with an original 20 year old gas boiler. It has been serviced regularly and is in working order, but my surveyor suggested it be replaced as a matter of urgency due to its age.
