Please does anyone know what the obligations are for a gas supplier in terms of inspecting and maintaining single stream medium pressure commercial meters with slamshuts?

I have been told that these meters should be inspected and maintained annually.  This one has not been inspected or maintained for over a decade by supplier which led to multiple gas leaks and being taken off gas.

Does anyone please know what and where the gas suppliers obligations are set out for single stream medium pressure commercial meters with slamshuts? One suggestion was that it is set out in handbook for Institute of Gas engineers but no one could point me to relevant part?

Does anyone know please? Please feel free to private PM if preferred. Thanks.

What maintenance would it require? Where is the medium to low pressure regulator fitted? Is it remote from the meter position? what size and type of meter is it?
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..
