What a nightmare to deal with.Their communication is dreadful.i have an issue which with a little bit of sense on their side could be resolved in 30 seconds.Complained to them and asked to speak to a manager but no one available and ringing me back in 48 hours.It took them 20 minutes on the phone to tell me this! They are saying my instructions to renew Fixed rate bond not received although I have proof of them receiving via recorded delivery.What a shambles.
