RBS/Natwest Reward Account £1250 minimum monthly pay in grace period?

Hi all,

If I sign up to a new RBS Reward account now, 23/02/2023, do I have to get £1250 into the account within the next 5 days or is there some kind of grace period?
It would be inconvenient but possible to fund the account this late in the month, but somebody signing up later might find it impossible to meet those requirements.

The T&C's are your friend:

(c) deposit £1,250 into your new eligible account within 60 days of opening your new eligible account

Yes, but is that for the switch bonus?  The Reward account itself needs a monthly payment to remain a Reward account.

"To apply, you need to be 18+ and a UK resident. You need to also pay in £1,250 to an eligible Royal Bank account every month. You can only hold a maximum of 1 Reward account in your name, and 1 joint names."

Oh I see. Yeah they won't boot you off the account in Month 0 (month 1 being the first full calendar month) for not meeting that condition, don't worry.
