Hi -Hope someone can steer me in the right direction.
I am looking into setting up a new charity. The GOV.UK guidance asks for proof of income and bank details. On the basis that the charity has not yet started I have neither. Do i need to provide an estimate of income?
Thanks

I could be wrong, but I seem to remember that you need income of £5k before registering a charity.
You could start without being registered. Who have you got on board? You need a committee / group of trustees. With these you can resolve to open a bank account.
As you're learning, running a charity requires work. Is there not an existing charity you could support?Signature removed for peace of mind1
