Hi

A few tiles blew off 

Roofer inspected - no movement on other tiles. No other significant signs of damage, just general weathering wear and tear externally. 
Small cracks in the mortar of the verge, valley and above lead flashing.

What questions should we ask the roofer, perhaps.... 

What materials are used ie type of tile? 

Is scaffolding required? though there is ease of access as it is a bungalow. 

Are you insured, including general liability (damage to property)? 

How is waste been disposed? 

Is it yourself doing the work or a subcontractor? 

Is there any hidden costs? 
I suppose when work is started areas of concern could be uncovered!

Maybe best to ask the roofer and get a quote rather than a estimate

Anybody any recommendations for repairing this tear on a flat membrane roof, was regionally going to patch it with flash band and ever build evercyl emergency roof repair. Or is there anything else that there is to repair
