EDIT: I have now been informed that two users can use the same phone. I will leave the thread up for information for others.

I have recently taken out a NatWest Credit Card.

I have an old mobile phone that cannot handle modern apps. My wife has a modern smart phone so I downloaded the NatWest app onto her phone. I access the app using an 8 digit PIN.

If she applies for and receives a NatWest Credit Card in her name, will she be able to use the app on her phone or will it not allow 2 different PINs to access 2 separate accounts?

Thanks
A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".

Not without signing out and re-enrolling each time you want to change logins. I wouldn't recommend this approach either as it'll probably flag up all sorts of warnings re-enrolling on a continual basis.

What is it you need to log in to the app for which you can't do via Internet Banking?

The cards are for balance transfers only and those can only be done on the app or on the telephone.

How can I do a balance transfer to my credit card?
There are 2 ways to balance transfer to your credit card:
    Mobile app
To make a balance transfer via the mobile app, select the credit card you wish to Balance Transfer to then click on "Balance Transfer" and follow the on screen instructions.
    Phone us
Call the number on the back of your credit card and we will be able to do this over the phone.

I will probably use the app for my transfers and the phone for my wife's transfers if using the app for both of us is problematic.
