Natwest Card Confusion

I was hoping that someone could explain to me why the following was happening with my Natwest card as it is confusing me a little.
On October 15th I went £1.60 over my limit, on October 18th my interest gets taken and also an over limit fee of £12 was added which I accepted as it was my own fault why I went over limit.
I made a payment to cover my minimum payment, the £1.60 I had gone overdrawn and also the £12 charge. I thought that would cover everything.
On November 18th my interest was taken and another over limit fee of £12, as I hadn't gone over my limit I wondered why this has been taken. However the £12 fee caused me to go over my limit again.
So I made a substantial payment this time just so it didn't happen again, lowe and behold I have checked my statement and they have taken another £12 over limit fee this month as well.
Can someone please explain to me why I have been charged three lots of £12 for going over my limit in October?

You'd be better off phoning and asking Natwest. They'll be the only ones who can tell you for sure, rather than us speculating.Dave. :wave:0
