    (I note the third bullet point quoted by born_again finishes "(see Cancelling your order above)" but I can't find a "Cancelling your order" above)

    Sorry to jump on this thread but I’m just checking that the law has not changed as tried to google but still unsure. I have no qualms paying the return postage of £2.50 which i paid at the post office but when I got reimbursed I got the original postage deducted to.  So instead of getting £21 i got £17. Is this right?

    The law hasn't changed :)

    Did you pay extra for next day delivery?

    As you only get std postage refunded, not anything over that.
