I’m wondering what my next steps would be following getting searches back for a property in buying which state the following:
“We have identified ground hazards that could affect the property. A very high risk of valid insurance claims related to subsidence in the postcode compared to the rest of Great Britain. The postcode is in the top 25% of all postcodes that have a recorded history of valid subsidence claims.”
I’ve already had a level 3 survey done which showed no apparent signs of subsidence or structural issues. I’ve also got a quotation for house insurance and the premium was very reasonable with no issues flagged.

Any ideas please? Thank you

Top 25% represents over 6 million homes so pretty meaningless stat. Find out if specific issues in this house or immediate neighbours1

These are very low resolution searches, and I don't really see the point of them - chances are that you'd get the same result for every other property you'd look at, if they're in the same neighbourhood.1
