Travel insurance with long term medical issues - bank account recommendations?

So my 18 year old daughter has recently been diagnosed with long Covid, asthma, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. The long Covid being the cause of the other things but apart from that she has no other “long Covid” issues.
With the exception of asthma, none of these have meant hospital or anything other than long term meds and changes to lifestyle. She has been admitted to hospital twice with asthma a) when she had a chest infection and b) had forgotten to take her inhaler with her.

However my travel insurance will not renew covering her. I just want a policy that will cover the normal travel stuff, plus any medical emergencies from accidents / urgent medical stuff not related to the long term things.
Was wondering if there was a bank account that came with travel insurance that would just exclude the fibromyalgia, long Covid and chronic fatigue? As I think we would be fairly covered for the vast majority of things then ie has anyone experience of a particular bank where the insurance was just pretty wide ranging and they took the approach of excluding long term stuff.
Or can anyone recommend a specialist medical travel insurance provider that has been good at dealing with long Covid - the companies I’ve spoken to seem to really struggle with how undefined it is.
She won’t be going abroad that much - a week in Egypt, a week in Cyprus…all places I could pay for her to see a doctor or go to hospital if something related but it’s the big unpredictable risks I want covered like needing surgery and repatriation for a broken leg or a big accident happening. Chances are remote but you never know:
Any advice on how best to approach?

All you can do is try the various quote comparison sites and make sure you select the correct regions (excluding US, Caribbean etc.).
I have asthma and have recently renewed and found that Aviva were very competitive compared to others.Past caring about first world problems.0 -
Always found Barclays, which is an Aviva product relabeled, has always be fairly reasonable when doing the medical screening.
Note that with some insurers you may have the option of excluding a pre-existing condition from cover rather than pay the premium uplift however it will be worded XXX "and related" so it depends on how comfortable you are on what could be argued is a condition related to the one you are excluding0 -
I think the problem is long covid can cause so many different long term effects that it could be difficult to say whether long covid was the reason or not.
E.G dizziness could cause a fall resulting in broken leg. Was that the resukt of long covid or not?

It is simpler and cheaper for insurance companies to decline cover than get involved.0
