Rasin account changes

Wonder if anyone else has tried to deposit some money in Rasin recently since they have changed there procedure. I been with Rasin a number of years now and had no issues transferring money into the holding area. But in the small print it now says it must be a sole account not a join account. Unfortunately I only have join accounts with my wife not a sole account, I have contacted Rasin and they have not replied in three days.

My wife applied for a Raisin account on Sunday 19th. So far, today, it's still being verified......why the hold up ? So slow!
