Just had notice through that prices going up by 10.9% ( CPI Increase ) and 3.9% - their margin.
So even in these difficult times as well as covering their additional costs they are creaming off an extra (nearly) 4%.
Can the regulator not do anything about this?
Energy supply companies are stopped from making profits over 2% ( I think )...
