Hi everyone, unsure if anyone can help...basically I cannot log into my google account as I have 2step verification set up for an old phone number I cant access. The only option google give me is to send verification to this number or a recovery email to the email address I can't access. I have therefore lost 14years of photos I saved to google photos before I had to do a factory reset on my phone. I have spoken to my phone provider, google one, and the handset supplier without success.

You can go to the following page which explains how to get to your account when you haven't got the mobile/recovery email account:It links you to here :They will ask you a lot of questions and no doubt will want you to send them personal info (driving licence etc.)Good luck!
