UKPC
It’s funny that while I’m trying to solve a court case claim from UKPC against me, received another unfair parking charge from them! Which actually my partner was a driver and parked in the private road next to the place she’s working on Sat 31/12/2022.
It wasn’t any ticket on the windscreen that day,however their picture shows it was! 🤷🏻♂️
First notice letter we received on 06/02, dated(31/02/23). So I asked her to find the landowner or someone in charge to talk to and try to cancel the ticket. The Road is shared between Hilton Hotel and the building that she works underneath! “No one responds at the ends.”
Second letter as a FINAL REMINDER has arrived a few days ago.
I’ll attach the Notice and pictures and would like to hear your pro opinion, as I already have an active case with them what is the right decision to make? Should I appeal or leave it till further notice?

Was the driver loading or unloading on those yellow lines, as is normally allowed on street (had it not been private)?
That UKPC contractual sign is unreadable so the driver cannot have contractually agreed to pay £100. There is also no consideration (no offer of anything of value, such as the right to park for £100) made to non-permit holders, so the elements of a contract are not there even if the terms could be read.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well there isn’t any sign of No Loading around! However it is a private road and I assume there isn’t any solid rules applies!
Even when she went to check back, saw other car parked exactly at the same location and got fine, so she checked the fine👇 (different reason!!)

The question is if I want to appeal it right now what reason would it be in such a situation against those scammers as I’m so confused!
Many thanks for advising in this matter 🙏🏼0 -
Can you answer my question first? I didn't ask if there was a 'no loading' sign, that's not my question. I wondered why the car was left on yellow lines and if she was unloading?Coupon-mad said:Was the driver loading or unloading on those yellow lines, as is normally allowed on street (had it not been private)?

I've also given you some wording to shove in as an appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad
Sorry for my misunderstanding as I was so tired and !!!!!! off yesterday, basically as you asked about unloading, the answer is yes, just not all at once. She has bags, luggage and some other tools as a hairdresser and needs to take them out one by one to setup.0 -
OK use my wording and add that the arrow under the wording on that lower sign shows that in fact, the 'permit only area' being operated is bounded within the bays to the left. The double yellow is not a permit only area.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
