Your WS is "your story" and should be written in the first person. "The defendant I was the driver and registered keeper of the vehicle in question" and so on.

It's quite a good start and relevant to your case so you can use a lot of that (and it's great to see you pull their case apart blow by blow) but we can see that draft isn't based on the example WS in the NEWBIES thread.

You've missed all the usual important exhibits.

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

Most of either WS didn't get mentioned. I soooo wanted to pull them apart as they had submitted misleading and incorrect details in their WS which I was sure would make their case unsafe - I had ammo, and wanted to use it!.

Started with the part about their machine being faulty (had actually taken a pic of it in a 'Connecting to Server' loop at the time of 'offence', which took a very very long time to complete) and judge almost instantly found in our favour at that point. Felt like she knew the landscape and the charlatans trying it on!

Overall - it took a decent amount of effort and lots of leg-work to put the case together, but was ultimately worth it, and would encourage others to do the same. Thanks again to the people that chipped in to help me here - a great resource. 

Quick additional Q . . . what happens now? forgot to ask the judge as to whether we get a formal document detailing the finding, or anything?, or should I expect silence only?

You should just get a headed sheet confirming that the Claim was dismissed.  Frame it!
