Windows 11 - Wifi available networks - not visible - Why?

Just reinstalled Win11, but find, for the first time, that when I right click on the wifi icon in Toolbar the list of wifi networks does not appear.
I have to go through manually:
Open Network & Internet settings:
Wifi
Show available networks
Never had this problem before. I travel a lot and need to quickly access the list of wifi networks.
Does anyone know how to bring this back?
Thanks
