  • These are the ‘before’ btw!
  • On the wrong heading settings, cords not pulled correctly and hooks not equally spaced.  Everything really.
  • I suggest you find a local upholsterer/curtain maker. They will almost certainly ID the issue. Could be as simple as tapes being required rather than the thin cords, and longer metal hooks which will catch two or three tapes, so hopefully holding the top pleated section properly upright.
    But I don't know.

Weird.  Just see my pics above…. It was all me.  Handyman sorted it out.  They now look so much better

It looks like you need more hoops on the track and more corresponding hooks on the curtains.

Norman - so the handyman made them look much much better and we are leaving as they are now.  However he did think there should be more loops.  Curtain hooks - I have loads of them.  We are going to see how they go and then perhaps re do if we can get some more loops/gliders.
  • If you can identify the brand of the rails, it should be easy to buy extra sliders.

If not, take a slider off and take it, with your pictures, to a specialist curtain shop, they will be able to advise you on the correct ones to buy.
