I bought a health related device which worked fine until I decided to buy the company's 'plan', where they look over the results to let you know how things are. I had to set up a password for the plan and the idea was that one password would allow access to both the device and the plan. Now I can't get into either as when I try to take a reading it automatically takes me to the login page. When I attempt to sign in, it says - failed to get status error code 401. The phone is a compatible phone. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing works. Can someone help with me on how to get past the 401 error code? It's an android phone.

Assuming this is a HTTP 401 error, that "code indicates that the client request has not been completed because it lacks valid authentication credentials for the requested resource. "

Or in plain English:  wrong username and/or password.
