Do I have a golden ticket NTK?

Hi all, the time has come for me to post. I have diligently followed the newbies guide for approx the last 7-8 weeks and have now got to a point where I would like to kindly ask if one of you could have a look over my situation and response please and advise me accordingly?

We have received a non pofa NTK via post, which arrived 16 days after the alleged incident.

Please follow the links below to the NTK front and back, Britannia Parking's appeal response, and my proposed response as well as my dated proof of delivery of NTK.

1) Is the NTK a 'Golden Ticket'
2) Is my POPLA response okay to send? - Anything you'd recommend editing?
3) In Britannia Parking's appeal response, does this paragraph frustrate or change anything? 
                                  "This Parking Charge Notice is not POFA compliant, however, payment can still be sought under the old

                                                                         ‘implied-contract-with-the-driver’ rules used prior to POFA."

All links are relevant for people to get a full understanding. As per the newbies thread I changed all the 'https' to 'hxxps' so they just need amending when pasting into the address bar.

KeithP - Thank you for pointing that out. I am finding this process quite stressful in honesty so an oversight from me.

The image has now been amended and should be appropriately redacted - can you advise me if that is the case?

Did you get a chance to have a look at my case and questions please?

Thanks for your patience, I have reposted all links, redacted, double checked.

As for what you said here, I don't know in honesty. Is that something I would include?

I have to go clean my keyboard now as I splurted my coffee all over it when I read that bit. Talk about the dregs of the industry trying to scam their victims.

Whilst it may or may not be  "Golden Ticket" will depend on whether the driver has been identified, directly or indirectly. It's "Golden" if the PCN is non POFA or breaches the requirements of POFA. All POFA gives is the ability to transfer the claim to the RK if the drivers details are not known. Too many victims think they've go an easily winnable case because their PCN is not POFA compliant but have identified the driver through errors such as in their initial appeal they have blurted out things like "I was parked in blah blah..." or "My son parked in blah blah..." instead of stating "The driver parked in blah blah...".
