I had found the iPad I wanted on Curry’s site & put it in basket last night. Unable to complete until this morning & found the price had gone up £50. Contacted customer service who just said that’s how it goes - tough.
Just to warn others this happens. The ‘deal’ was very short term but no indication of this given on the website that I could see.

    Prices change frequently.

Would you have warned people if it had gone down £50 in price overnight?

Order, and cancel. Some shops then email a price reduction.

The "put it in the basket and wait and see what happens" principle is one that is often used for money-saving. In some cases it results in an email being sent with a discount code, so it can very much work both ways.

As I  said in a previous post, buy and cancel., once per day until its sale day.
