Letter from TNC collections

I received a letter from a company called CPS midlands ltd on 26th jan about a parking fine telling me to make payment to TNC collections for £160.00, I had no knowledge of this fine ( Not drove for a year ) it was about a fine ( I know nothing about) from parking on private property in November 2018, I spoke to an advisor who said he would send the photographic evidence and the corresponding letters that they have allegedly sent. Had no other contact from the person since and no email of the footage
This weekend I got another letter with a different company name relating the same fine explaining as I had ignored the previous letter I will be taken to court within 30 days if I do not pay (Why they haven't done that in 4 years is beyond me) , I phoned to ask a questions regarding the footage and the man actually went as far as refusing to send it again and actually hung up on me.
Don't know what to do
Anyone had any dealings with TNC?

You immediately send an SAR to CPS Midlands (if they are the private parking company who issued the supposed PCN). They are obliged to respond within 30 day to your SAR with all details they hold about you which includes and previous correspondence which may have gone an old address and any photos of your car.
Please re-read your letters and note how many times the word "fine" appears in them.
You've not been "fined". You've received an invoice from a low-life scamming private parking company for an alleged breach of their terms as posted in whichever car park you visited. It is an "alleged" debt and this is a civil case which, if you diligently read, re-read, digest and begin to comprehend the Newbies thread near the top of the forum while advise and educate you as to what needs to be done.
If you have extra questions, you are in the right place to make them as the experts on here will advise as necessary.
Never, ever, phone these scamming low-lifes. Always write, preferably by email so that you have a record of everything that is mentioned.
Is the second letter you received an LoC or LBC or just one of the fake ones sent by grubby little debt collection firms?
Who, if anyone, is acting on behalf of the PPC? Where did this alleged parking infringement take place? Have you moved since the alleged event? Did you update your V5C if you did move? Have you given away the fact that you were the driver as opposed to the registered keeper?2 -
Search the forum and laugh!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi,
what is a SAR?0 -

what is a SAR?
If so, it would be a good idea to start a new thread. Things get complicated trying to deal with the different issues of two different people in the one thread.
Now, to answer your question... SAR = Subject Access Request.3
