I really hope you do put an end to this long period of pain and go through with it. I am about to post something pretty strong in a new thread, it may get pulled ..... but the gist of it is what do the "perfect people" want us to do , go out stealing from other families so ours can have a decent life .....

Somebody can only look down on you with your permission.;) When I walk through town I have difficulty picking out a bank that we didn't owe money to. I don't feel anything really; we can only lead our lives within the laws as they stand.

It's because you're allowing other people's "value judgements" to influence how you view your financial situation.

Forget about what others think. You've got financial problems that you're addressing perfectly legitimately within a legal framework. Bankruptcy is just part of a capitalist society; those that don't understand that, don't understand how the system works.

That would be preferential treatment I think there have been volumes written about that on here not a good idea I believe.

But I guess it would depend on how closely the OR examines the bank accounts etc etc

It's also an essential bill which needs paying, it even comes in a different section to other debt.

Hello everyone, had a great nights sleep, on the ball and getting my !!! into gear.(still wanna find that field)
This morning had all paperwork from CCCS(Financial statement etc) after all my outgoings i only have £7 to pay my creditors a month they've sent me letters to send which ive done this morning offering a £1 a month, ive cancelled all s/o and dd to creditors, Christmas is now paid for and i haven't got to worry about that, my dad gave me £60 last night for the food shopping that will last a couple of weeks.
The money that i get next week (benefits) ive decided to pay extra off my rent im going to try and get it as low as poss before the end of jan I dont know how long BR will take so in the mean time any available money is going to them.
I have been told its a priority debt even though it can be cleared when BR but at the end of the day i cant afford to lose my house knowing my luck this will happen.
Also im now saving to go BR.
