    Claim issued 19th Dec 2022
My Defence submitted 12th Jan 2023
    AOS received 12th Jan 2023
    Defence received 12th Jan 2023

    I am the registered keeper
The claim is addressed to me
    My husband was driving.

    Thanks for any help.
Wait for @KeithP to verify the deadlines you must meet. Also, did you file your defence at the same time you filed your AoS? Did you file your defence using the MCOL website? Can you show us what you actually put in your defence?
As a Defence has already been filed, I am not sure what you are expecting from me at this time.

    Morning,
I've had a letter this morning from BW Legal. Please see below.
I have not had any communication from them.
Can anyone advise on what I should do next?
They have attached two copies of the Directions Questionaire (N180).

    With thanks....

That's the letter the 12 steps in the first post of the Template Defence already talks you through.

@B789...thank you. The defence I wrote is all in my initial post and all done on the MCOL website on the same day.
It isn't clear to me but did you email your defence or submit your defence on the MCOL website?

Already stated that they submitted their (rather short but with enough points) defence using the MCOL box. Not an issue with such a short Defence.

@Bakerfrog, as advised above by @Coupon-mad, point #7 in that checklist states:
    7. Do not be surprised to receive an early copy of the Claimant's N180 Directions Questionnaire and the usual intimidating template letter saying they 'intend to proceed'. Nothing of interest there. Just file it.
To make it a bit easier to find, I've posted it here as a pdf:
