What mixer shower do I need?

Following on from my previous thread about my shower mixer being too cold, I bought a new one specced at 50 degrees. Went to swap it over earlier today and...problem. The old shower mixer is shown below. Notice the arrowed part.

Here is the new one I bought. Spot the problem? Looks like I will be returning the new one but the problem now is that I don't know what I need to buy. I need a replacement mixer with the same fitting as the one in the first picture and it needs to mix at 50 degrees AND have 2 outlets: one for the rainfall shower and one for the shower hose. I bought the one below from Amazon after failing to find anything from Screwfix or Wickes. Does anybody know where I can source a replacement? I'm feeling quite deflated as I thought this would be a simple swap over job.

Is it a sort of 'push fit' connector for your original raiser? I think the new one threaded outlet is for a normal shower hose.0

Photo only shows the top outlet for the rainfall shower (hand-held shower connection underneath)."The problem with Internet quotes is that you can't always depend on their accuracy" - Abraham Lincoln, 18640

Google "Twin Outlet Shower Valve"0

Yes, I know, but your new mixer is for a different shower, e.g. https://www.victorianplumbing.co.uk/milan-200mm-slim-rainfall-shower-head-with-1-25m-flexible-hose
Otherwise you should have bought a whole kit, not just a mixer.0 -
I've been scouring Amazon and other sites: every replacement mixer looks like the one I bought i.e. with no brass riser attachment.
I reckon I might need to buy an entire kit as Grumbler suggests. Most galling as it's only the mixer that needs replacing. Before anyone asks I don't know what brand this shower is as it was installed in my home when I bought it. Are you able to return the new one? How much did it cost? And where does it say it's spec'd up to 50oC? (Link, please?)
I wonder what the chances are that the therm cartridges are interchangeable!0 -
^ As SpudGunPaul says that's the same type - it doesn't have the extra fitting for the riser. Google isn't helping because what I am after is not appearing in search results. I seem to have a non-standard mixer."The problem with Internet quotes is that you can't always depend on their accuracy" - Abraham Lincoln, 18640

The new one has a hex keyslot in that might undo to remove the 'male' (1/2 inch ?) fitting... (or might not)...
If the old fitting with two o-rings has the same hex socket ... perhaps it will also unscrew and maybe, just maybe, it might be the same thread and could be transferred over.
NB What is this 50 degrees thing about?? Oh... another thread covers that and I can't be bothered to read it all
