OK... I pressed something. And now my Ebay selling page is all completely different.

First impression was it all looked nice and dandy but now as I use it I can't seem to find basic stuff that I had before and still have on the app. Probably just need to get used to it.

Is it just me or does the listings view no longer show views and watchers? Where can I get that info?

Also doesn't seem to show 'time left on the auction' so I kind of had to guess which of my listings had unwantedly relisted automatically or click through 2 or 3 different views to see what had relisted and then cancel them.

The views/watchers things seems most annoying though - where's that info hiding now?

And if it is anything like mine you have to scroll across as even on my PC the panel is too wide to see all the info in one go.

You can hit the ‘customise table’ link and remove a lot of the unwanted columns. I have only the ones I wanted and it easily fits on the screen without scrolling now (although I still switch back to the old version as I prefer it - in fact I just created a new bookmark link to the older selling page instead).

As above, you can resize the columns at the top to make them all fit the screen size.

Aha yeah I just found the customise table button. Now I can see what I actually want to see!

Who had the bright idea of making the default table too wide to fit on the screen?
  • Doesn’t how much fits depend on the resolution of the screen?

It does indeed, although half the column's were empty anyways so makes sense to remove them.
I still prefer the 'older' version - I don't see why they changed it in the first place. All the extra info is great for business sellers, but a private seller just wants something basic and easy enough to use to sell their item without having to look at all these performance stats etc!
