Is it possible to increase the size of txt of the name of an icon on the desktop without increasing the size of the icon itself ?

Hi,here's what google says,Here are the steps to follow:
- Right-click any blank space on your desktop. From the menu, select “Display settings”; a “Settings” window will open.
- Scroll down to “Scale and layout.” Click the down caret, and select your preferred size for text, apps, and other items from the drop-down menu.
