Leisure Guard travel Insurance

We've used Leisure Guard insurance a few times as its recommended on this site.
Last year in July whilst in France, we had to make an emergency claim, which was dealt with by Mayday Assistance. In January this claim was approved.
Since it was approved, they are ignoring my emails asking when the payment will be made.
Has anyone else had dealings with Mayday Assistance?
