CPS Midlands / CIS Letter Before Claim

I've been reading the forums since I started getting debt collection letters from CIS, a big thank you to the moderators for your continued effort and support fighting these crooks!
I received this LBC today and from what I read from others who have had this same letter, its a phony LBC which I can safely to ignore.
Hopefully others who get the same correspondence will see this and do the same.
I haven't bothered with a SAR but if those in the know feel that this is the safest course of action to take (in order to acknowledge this LBC) then I will do.

Thanks, In your opinion would there be any benefit to requesting a SAR in this instance?0

If you are missing the PCN/reminder letters or don't think you've seen all their photos, or appealed and no longer have a copy, then yes.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Oh jeez, they can't even spell their address correctly - NBV Enterprice Centre. 🤦♂️
Compare your CPS LBC with the following NPE LBCUnbelievably, two quite separate organisations from different parts of the UK are using the exact same wording. Or is there some other common denominator? Answers on toilet tissue only! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Could this be considered as fraud? It is certainly attempting to get the victim to pay a disputed debt by fraudulently pretending to be an actual LoC.
Perhaps reporting it to the police Action Fraud website?0 -
