    the £28 i pay for & t.v, that is for calls i have made a well. it shouldn't be so high in the new year i hope, had loads of stuff to sort out recently and they all ways seem to be 0845 numbers, so they are not included in free calls.

    google say no to 0870

    Great advice. Don't make it a "New Year Resolution" either and try on Jan 1st. Go to the doctor for advice. Your local pharmacist or supermarket may well offer a no smoking service. I did mine with Sainsbury's. These people are really supportive and you will feel great.
