How do we claim Lloyds Credit Card £20 cashback?

Hello! My daughter got a Lloyds credit card last year because if she spent £1000 on it in the first 3 months, she would be entitled to £20. She did this, paying off the full amount each month, and since the middle of January her account started showing £20 beside "cashback to date", but when January's statement came out and then again when February's statement came out, this £20 just seems to sit there, and she'd quite like it. Did anyone else take advantage of this offer and, if so, has anyone managed to access that £20? I'm asking for her because she is at work. I know we could ring them but we thought we'd ask here first. Many thanks in advance for any advice!

I thought they automatically credited it to your account, i.e. took it off your next/February bill.0

I had this same offer and it was credited to my January statement. You don't say if she is still using the card or not. If not and there is no balance to pay off maybe they don't credit the £20 because it would put the card in credit and that would be a breach of the terms and conditions of the card.If the card is still being used and the balance in either Jan/Feb was more than £20 to pay off I would expect her to have had the £20 cashback credited by now.1

Thanks so much, yes she is still using the card, keeps popping fifty pounds on it or so to keep it as a second direct debit for future switching as much as anything! The £20 seems to be stuck, I'll get her to give them a ring. Thank you!0
