If you have a N1 claim form, the Particulars of Claim (POC) will be on there, usually about half-way down left hand side.

It now says "A bar has been put in place on this claim. You cannot respond to the claim at this time."
That was your last response on this thread - nearly a month ago.
    What's happening here?
Is this going to end up like your UKPC thread?
  • Hello

    Thank you.

I have received a letter from the solicitors saying that they have my defence but intend to proceed but offer the opportunity to settle before things progress.

So, I think I am still OK with this one.

Thank you again for remembering. Apologies for not updating.

  • Hello

I have received a Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track from the County Court Business Centre.

I have to complete a questionnaire essentially asking whether I am amenable to mediation and some questions about the conduct of the hearing.

I would welcome any thoughts about the next steps.

    Thank you.

The next steps, with details on what to do with that Directions Questionnaire, are all explained in that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence.

"Next steps" is such a grating phrase
  • Thank you.

No intention to be grating. I will look at the thread again.

Well done on your win, and thank you for the update. NCP/BWL railway car parking discontinuations are becoming more prevalent.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Yay!  You won!

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

    Congrats!

And we sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the final Government Public Consultation?

    Anticipated THIS MONTH.

We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture, as well as the DRA and roboclaim 'legals' gaslighting of people.

If you are not a regular reader, to be alerted you'll need to bookmark the thread by MSE_JC at the top of the forum and enable (on your profile) email alerts for bookmarked threads.

See you back here in a couple of weeks please if you and your motoring family want to stop this litigation rush by banning the £70 add-on fee that disproportionately funds the roboclaim firms.
