The OP last visited this site over 14 months ago. Unlikely to see your post. Send a DM, then they’ll receive an email saying you’re trying to contact. But, if the OP followed forum advice, then ECP and DCB Legal would have folded. We just don’t have the necessary confirmation.

Sorry - just seen these latest posts.
I have just been checking where things are up to, as I have heard nothing further after submitting my defence in Jan 2025. Have checked on MCOL and the claim is still appearing on my account but nothing has changed with it since my defence was submitted.
I have not heard that the claim has been ended, and it is not showing as ended on my MCOL account.
I will update as soon as as I hear anything further, but was fully expecting to have heard one way or another way before now.

It's been forgotten but DCB Legal could resurrect it at any time. This is awful because you will FOREVER have to tell the court & DCB Legal if you move house. Make sure you update them both if you move.

I have just read about ECP after seeing your post - I will follow the investigation with interest.
I’m not sure if it will make a difference, but ECP no longer administers the parking at this particular site. I have kept the photos taken for my original appeal showing inadequacy of signage, and now of course there are no ECP signs there whatsoever.
I also read that any delay of more than six months on MCOL triggers a ‘stay’ on the claim, and the longer it is stayed, the more difficult it is for the claimant to justify the reason for the stay. Also, the fee for lifting the stay is more than is being claimed, and cannot be recovered from the defendant.
However, MCOL does not identify the claim as ‘stayed’ in my account, so who knows…
