Nationwide mortgage timeframe

Just seeing if anyone has any updates?

I received a valuation received message in Wednesday afternoon, but not heard anything since.

On the Nationwide site it says 2 days for valuation assessment once it's received back so I was hoping to hear in Friday / by today. 

Might give my broker a call in the afternoon so see if they have heard anything

I got my offer text and email today. Application submitted on 19th May.

Oh that's great news - congratulations!!

We submitted everything on the 22nd but they needed more documentation last week. I have my fingers crossed we will hear this week / early next week

Hi everybody, 

I made an application with Nationwide on 7th of May and very next day my application went to Audit. I got the AIP with Nationwide and Accord by the way. 

I am not sure what does this mean and the likelihood of approval. 

Circumstance: 

Me: Employed from 10 years.
wife: Self employed for 2 years and now employed from 3 months 

90% deposit came from self employment which build over 2 years. 

Please advice if anybody has an idea of Nationwide

We put our application in last Monday (13th) and the valuation was carried out on Thursday. Got our offer this morning. Broker had done pre-valuation form with nationwide beforehand, not sure if that made it quicker. Good luck!
