Prosperous Estate Planning & Funeral plans

Hi,
in August last year we got a funeral plan and estate plan from Prosperous life and now we have seen some negative reviews and are worried that our funeral plans and also our estate plan (probate, wills etc) will not be carried out?
Has anyone here had experience with Prosperous Life at all?

No experience with that company, but I would never recommend using an unregulated company to draft my will. By probate do you mean you have appointed them as executors?0
