I recieved an email from Capital Resolve claiming I owe GNE/EDF for an unpaid bill.
I moved house 2 years ago. I recently recieved a refund from EDF. I do not believe I owe any bills.

A proveit email was sent to them.

In reply they have sent a further email stating;

 Thank you for contacting Capital Resolve.

These security measures are in place to protect your privacy, and I appreciate your assistance in this matter.

Your account is on hold until 20/02/2023. Please contact us on or before that date to prevent any further action which may involve further calls/letters.

What should be my next step?

Many Thanks
