Parking Eye success at Aldi car park, Prestwich Manchester

Reading of someone else's success calling the store directly I just called Aldi and asked to speak to the duty manager. I explained the situation (poor signage, nothing on main Aldi board to say parking was restricted - I had been back and checked and taken pictures) and said I thought it was unfair and unreasonable. She put me on hold and came back 5mins later to say she had spoken to Parking Eye and my ticket had been cancelled! Worth doing. Thanks so much MSE forum peeps 😊
