Who Provides ADR for Amazon?

hi
does anybody know who provides ADR for Amazon?
I have refund outstanding, as I took two parcels with two different QR codes, to the hub drop off for return.
They were scanned and bagged separately, but only one item refunded same day.
The other item not showing as in transit even.
Post office did not issue proof of return, stating I would get email from Amazon.
So stressful as they provide dire service, and won’t answer why this happened or where second parcel is?
Not worth trading with , so will stop once refund is done.
can anyone tell me if they have ADR .IE RETAIL OMBUDSMAN?
CEDR very unhelpful as they won’t answer emails re code or if it is free, they do telecommunications without final response letter.

I had an item not track before, gave up on the refund. A couple of weeks later must have scanned at Amazon as refund was issued.

If these were bought via marketplace and fulfilled by Amazon, then the seller can set various rules on how refunds are processed (especially if goods are over £100).This is so they can potentially receive items back and check for missing parts/not a substituted item etc etc.2

As a retailer there is no legal requirement for Amazon to sign up to an ADR provider and to the best of my knowledge they havent for customers.nilequeen said:does anybody know who provides ADR for Amazon?
MMMUK has expanded the acronyms but the "alternative" in ADR is an alternative to going to court. So for things like banking and insurance you have the Financial Ombudsman as an alternative option to court.cannugec5 said:What do ADR and CEDR mean?
CEDR is an ADR provider; Amazon do use them for disputes with their business sellers etc but not customers.2
