Claimed wrongly working from home tax relief for my wife

Hi
I was checking to see whether my wife is eligible from working from home tax relief on the government website , but I didn't realise I was logged in as my self and as I entered my wife eligibility criteria and pressed submit it said it had sent it to HMRC for review. I have already claimed my working from home tax relief and am worried HMRC will say I am lying. Is there anyway I can correct this and let them know to cancel this claim as u only wanted to see whether she is eligible ir not
