Best ask your legal team, but given ICO have not taken any action as yet. Could be a long wait & no guarantee of a pay out even if they are fined.dyfsdoves said:Hi all, just wondering if anyone has any updates with this? I am signed up with a solicitor but I am also aware that the ICO are investigating.Life in the slow lane0 -
If the ICO fines Arnold Clark that'll be a fine payable by AC to the ICO. The ICO doesn't award compensation to affected individuals - you'd need to make a claim directly to AC if you feel you've suffered a loss that you should be compensated for (together with setting out clear details of the loss suffered etc...).
